He specializes in re-definition of supply chain strategy, optimization of logistics processes and cost cutting solutions. He cooperated with big consulting brands in Poland and abroad as their external expert - practitioner (PwC, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Inverto AG, H&Z Germany). He has an excellent knowledge about the logistics sector in Europe. He is a lecturer of Kozminski University Warsaw (no 1 business school in Central-Eastern Europe according to the “Financial Times”) and member of Polish and international logistics organizations (UAE).
