With over two decades of experience in the Gulf and India, I am an expert in:
-Last-mile delivery and fulfilment
-International logistics
-Warehouse management
My forte is enabling the organization in setting up the department from scratch— building the team, the vendor base, and software selection. I have also been instrumental in organizational restructuring.
My core strength lies in strategizing and execution. I achieve this through motivational team management.
I have always managed businesses and departments with large spends and budgets. I have planned and implemented major infrastructure projects for Distribution Centers and WMS implementation.
I have managed a variety of verticals, including Fashion, Food Distribution, Furniture, and private label sourcing.
Through the years, I have developed a robust industry network and contacts.
Alongside, I also enjoy being an Adjunct Faculty at the Dubai campus of SP Jain Global School of Management.
