Having worked in the industry for more than 20 years, a diversified professional experience with EU, UNDP, World Bank funded Projects helped her to understand and have deep appreciation of the general economic growth profile of the country and the breakdown of businesses by gender, age, size, and sector.
With about 15 years of experience, Jale’s career further progressed with an oil-gas and finance sectors wherein she upgraded her academic qualifications in Strategy & Project Management, as well as Business Analysis and acquired a hands-on experience from McKinsey Consultants.
Jale has Bachelor in Philology and MS in Project Management. She is a certified Business Process Manager.
