Jerome worked +20 years transforming Global Supply Chain in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Recently, Jerome’s focus is on supporting retailers & suppliers as a Supply Chain Independent Consultant to provide better services by covering the whole End 2 End Supply Chain from supplier to stores shelves/customer’s home using supplier collaboration, master data, demand planning, import-export and logistics operations.
Jerome holds a Master Degree on International Supply Chain Management from a leading French Research University.
After his graduation, he joined FM Logistics for a 4 years 3PL journey in Russia, France and Brazil where he deployed lean solutions on a 900.000 sq ft grocery retail DC.
Consequently, he started on a new path of 20 years in global retail Supply Chain and from 2009 in Majid Al Futtaim Retail - Carrefour UAE. Jerome led the omnichannel SC strategy from design to execution lowering out of stock, shortening transit-time & cutting costs to serve +100 multi-format stores and ecommerce customers.
His key achievements led to the launch of the most innovative GCC grocery retail DC (7 temperatures and 122 docks), with the set-up of an E2E Goods Flows Chain combined with new organization and cutting-edge systems.
