Donald is President and Co-founder of Nulogy Corporation, Toronto, Canada. He is an industrial engineer, professor, consultant and researcher for 25 plus years. He has taught undergrad/grad courses in systems engineering and information systems in North America, Europe and China. Donald has been a consultant to governmental and legal agencies and multi-national corporations in Canada, USA, Australia, Japan, India and China. His research focus has been enterprise modeling, Temporal-ABC, strategic and tactical cost management for supply chains. He has contributed to several refereed proceedings of conferences, and has been an invited and contributing speaker at international conferences and executive seminars.

Awards: National Science and Engineering Research Council (NSERC, Canada) Scholarship and Grants (1993-1998) for IT related doctoral degree research in enterprise strategic cost management.
